N planner 2018

N Planner 2018 is a smart planner which stores your schedule data in one of Google, iCal or Outlook calendar linked to the
Neo Notes application by recognizing the date and time when a schedule is written on monthly and weekly plan page with Neo smartpen.

Syncing with Calendar App

1. Setting up Neo Notes app

After turning on Neo Notes app, please follow the instructions below to set up.

**1) Activate the Calendar Apps (*)**

- How to authenticate your calendar

* iCal (only available on iOS), Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar

1) Menu – 2) Settings
Google & Google Calendar

3) Authentication center

4) Activate your Calendar app

2) Set the language to be written on the planner

(This setting helps the App to better transcribe your handwriting.)

2. Syncing with Calendar apps

Please follow the instructions below on how to sync with calendar app.

[Example of schedule writing & syncing with Google Calendar]

1) Sync with Calendar apps when your pen is paired with Neo Notes app.

Write a schedule in the Monthly, Weekly Plan and then tap on the date.
A confirmation message, "Uploaded to the calendar" will pop up in Neo Notes app, and the event will be registered in Calendar app.

2) Sync with Calendar app when your pen is not paired with Neo Notes app.

You can write on your N planner 2018 when the pen is not connected with Neo Notes app as long as the pen is powered on.
Write a schedule in the Monthly, Weekly Plan and then tap on the date.
When the pen is paired with Neo Notes app, then the stored data ( your hand written schedule) will transfer to Neo Notes app and to Calendar app.

[Notification]

· If you write several schedules at once, please tap on the date each time after writing a schedule for accurate syncing to Calendar app.
· We recommend to write the time as follows : [00AM], [00PM], [00AM~00PM], [00~00PM] (AM & PM should be written in Capital letters)
